Helena is making good progress, hopes to be out Mon or Tues. I would not have belived that a knee replacement would be so quick and seems to be fairly painless.

There is such obvious clash, not just of gun-ownership culture, but language too.
Having come across this before, sometimes the more outspoken USA citizen can appear to undermine or be threatened by any outspokeness in a non-USA person.
I don't think the issue would ever be resolved.

BTW, does anyone know who Streetsinger is?

Quiet here today.

I had a MRI scan yesterday. Quite OK, I had feared it would be traumatic but there was a lot of prayer and thngs went well.

Next week I shall have to go to hospital for another leg bypass. Hope it works this time.

Thanks Angel. I know that some people have much bigger health problems than I have but I feel I have had all I can stand at present.

I cant imagine what its like for you John, but, as i have never heard you speak like this before, i gather it must be awful.

I saw the consultant this am. 4 hours at the hospital.

He wants me on Sun so he can operate monday and do another bypass on my leg.

He says 70% chance of success.
