“Mirror”

I look in the mirror
Don’t like what I see
The awful face of sin
Staring back at me
I know that He saved me
He resides in my heart
But I’ve put myself first
It’s tearing me apart
I seek His forgiveness
Cleansing from within
Restore our fellowship
Precious time with Him
Even though I’ve failed
I come to Him and pray
Thank Him for His mercies
They are new every day
What a wonderful Savior
He’s shown me such love
What a wonderful God
Heavenly Father above
